first times
Tuesday.
V and I went to the salon in Chi, and had our hair cut by a professional for the first time ever.
I know. OMG.
It was cool, I guess. I mean, we both requested that we take all of our hair home when she was finished cutting (so the witches don't get it. If you want to know more I'll tell you, but I don't feel like doing it this minute). We both now have actual hairstyles, instead of just long and straight cut.
V got hers layered, with kinda side bangs and I got mine angle cut down the front, so it curls in or out and frames my face. I had her keep the back straight across the bottom for more effect. Also had about 5 inches of length taken off. It looks good I think. Makes me look a little more my age, maybe now people won't think I'm still in high school...
I'd post a picture now for you all, except I'm at the curio shop until 4 or 5 tonight. It's freezing fucking balls in here...I started a fire 2 hours ago, but the damn place has concrete floors, and the stove is from the 60's. So not energy efficient.

Oh, on Friday I took a bunch of my pieces - beaded purses, dream catchers, hair dangles and earrings over to the casino to sell. Maybe you've heard of our casino, Kla-Mo-Ya...probably not. It's run by the indians (like all Oregon casinos) and they were interested in buying my stuff to sell in their gift shop. Fuck Yeah!!! So on Wednesday I have to call the marketing department back and find out what their budget is going to allow them to purchase, and which pieces they want. Some of the purses are at $100 each, so maybe I'll have christmas shopping money next week. I'm stoked about it. Lots of people traffic the casino, lots of tourists and old people. I do custom work, which is hard in a market like Chi, but if I could get orders and shit through the casino my business would skyrocket. I wouldn't even have to do custom stuff if I'm selling fast though...I'd just keep doing the same type of stuff and sell directly to the casino, eliminating the wait time of pending sales. Whooo Hoooo!!!
Also went into Klamath on friday with the mums - did some Christmas shopping with V's money. I got Bear some shirts, which he desperately needs. They're fucking hot if you ask me. I have good taste in what men should wear...hahaha, not like he ever pays attention, or wears what I want him to.
On the subject of Christmas presents.....Bear needs to get me a damn anniversary present first. It's going to be our 6 year anniversary on Dec. 19th, and he DAMN WELL BETTER get me something shiny. I want a fucking ring....with a shiny fucking stone on it. If I don't get one for Anniversary or Christmas...........I don't know what I'll do.........probably cry for a long ass time, because I've been hinting for months now, dropping notes with my ring size on them, strolling by the jewelry department at stores, proclaiming "how gorgeous" at tv commercials. I hope it sank in...I hope he gets me something.
I'm going to be disappointed though, I know.
It'll be "next month honey, I promise" until next december, when I'll be disappointed again.
Any guys out there want to buy a girl something pretty?? Anyone?? Bueller? I wear a size 7.
