A first opportunity?
It's all ELEMENTAL right now...
Well I promised new covers last time, didn't I? So let me at least show you the first new cover, which now should also have the right colour after much changing ;)
As you can see I added some leaves to symbolise the element 'Earth'. I've done to same with the other covers, just to give you an idea.
And now to some BIG NEWS!
I started sending off my manscript to the publishers per post last week. The copying and posting does cost quite a lot....So I thought I should also look up some pulishers who are willing to view a manuscript sent to them via email. I did a list and started to send the emails off yesterday morning. And guess what happened? A small publishing house in Munich, which specializes in Gay Fantasy and SciFi answered almost immediatly! They are very interested in it and said that the language is also up to their standard ♥
However, they also said that the wordcount is a bit high, know that myself. Still they want to see the whole manuscript as soon as possible! (I only sent the normal first 30 pages) Of course that now means that I have to get the beta finished in about a week's time! So it's work, work, work right now, but how what joyful work :D
This is the first real positive news I've had in a long while...
Oh btw sorry for my English, since I'm writing and beta reading only in German right now, my English kinda sucks.
