Youch. I guess in this situation, the danger of falling down the stair and breaking bones out weighs the danger of a hangover. Do you have a bathroom close by that doesn't require stairs to get too? You could drink from the faucet?

Sadly, my bathroom is opposite the stairs, so it scares me every time I stumble sleepily along the hall without my glasses XD
