Wus-ness
So last night I finally got to play a set at wake up screaming, yay!
Fortunately using the decks all seemed to be nice and straight forward. The only minor annoyance, to parrot anyone else who has ever done a set at the Kambar, is having to switch the lights back on repeatedly.
Seemed to go down ok as far as I could tell. I ended up playing rather more rocky stuff than I'd expected, on the basis there really weren't many people dancing to the metal, but hey, at least they were dancing.
Of course I'm now surviving on caffeinated drinks due to the lack of sleep last night, but then that would've happened whether I was playing the music or dancing to it. Certainly wouldn't mind doing a set again though.
