Improvisation
03 April: I only have email and ssh access this morning, no browsing, so I use Lynx to do data. When I finally get browser access back, I decide to just stick with doing data all day. I now have 10 states in pending format for the new database.
It is a hot day. DH spends a chunk of it straightening out the wheel of our new bicycle, but we don’t trust it to not pop out of alignment-I believe this is called pretzeling-at the slightest provocation.
I’m impressed that he’s willing to tighten and fiddle with each spoke to see if he can get the wheel to be whole again. It’s quite an expensive bike, barring the wheels, so I’m pleased with that.
Once I’ve had as much computer time as I can bear, it’s wine o’clock again.
