I've followed the diet exactly...the only thing I can think is that I've been working out A LOT lately and my leg muscles are getting bigger (which I hate). Hopefully when I wake up tomorrow I will have a smaller stomach. Congrats on your 4lb loss! Oh, btw do you work out and if so, do you ever use the elliptical?
