new plan, but kinda not

ok... im on a water fast, have been since Tuesday at about 1.30pm. so like 2 and a half days if i compleate this day. im going to try and go till friday... thne eat just veggies on sat, then just veggies and fruit on sun, then bring in protein, but ill leave carbs till about wednesday when im going to restrict to 350 clas a day till then tuesday after (so 6 days) and then repeat the process, its my new plan. and i AM NOT going to weigh myself until the first 2 weeks is up.

god that no weighing thing is going to be the hardest thing i think! i mean, i can deal with the hunger pains, i dont care if it hurts, but i will do it. its just hard and a bit scarey when i dont know how well its going...

urgh, i just feel so disgusting at the moment.
i will be thin
