WOW! Another great Florida State-Miami game in the books, luckily with the Seminoles coming out with a victory. Watching this game, it was just about the ultimate in terms of peaks and valleys... Peak - FSU goes up 24-0 in the first half (unheard of in a Miami game) thanks to some awesome running by our quarterback and running backs. Valley: Miami came back, but not because of the way they were playing. FSU did just about everything possible to give this game away. Bumbled punts, turnovers deep in their own territory... Wow. In the end, they did just enough to win the game! From ESPN...
Just SO crazy... I'll be thinking about this one for a while. But despite all the FSU miscues, I've still got a big ol' smile on my face. :-D
You know what's going to make this day even better? I'm about to go see The Dark Knight in IMAX again. Yes - it finally made it to Tallahassee and opened at our theater last night! Brian and I were going to go up there earlier today because they advertised that they would have the Batmobile... Then we found out they were just borrowing the car from the Tallahassee Antique Auto Museum - it's the Batmobile from Batman Forever. Screw that crap - NOTHING from Joel Schumacher's abominations should EVER be used to promote The Dark Knight! :-P
