Dear Comcast,
Who programmed the software that your DVR uses? It sucks. Get your money back. When I set up a series recording for the Daily Show and tell it to only record new episodes, why does it record the show at 11PM, 1AM, 8AM, 10AM, 2PM, and 8PM every day? That's retarded! I wouldn't mind it so much if your DVR would allow me to set up a manual weekly recording. But it won't. Where is that functionality? Even my 5-year-old DISH Network DVR could do that!

Look guys, I really don't care about Showtime. Bombarding me with phone calls, emails, and letters offering me Showtime free for three months is not going to get me to come back. If I cared about Showtime that much, I would have ordered it when I had your service.
If you really want me back as a customer, offer my local channels in Hi-Def. That is literally all it would take. You think I wanted to go back to Comcast!? Hell no!

What's the hold up with the Hi-Def local channels for Tallahassee, guys!? Supposedly, you were "laying the cable" for it late last year. How long does it take? I'm dyin' here!
