Really random Friday Five today...
1. If you were a nocturnal animal, what nocturnal animal would you be? Probably an owl. They're pretty cool, I guess! I would be able to see really well, swoop down and kill some mice or whatever, and really annoy people with my constant "Hoo... Hoo... HOO..."-ing. That's the life! :-)
2. Which is better: to obey the law to avoid punishment, to obey the law because the law makes sense, or to obey the law because everyone should? I'll say "to obey the law because the law makes sense." I'm really not that big on authority, and there are a lot of laws that don't make sense to me. Like the speed limit. 70 MPH on the Interstate!? Come on. I can drive just as well at 90 MPH. Raise those suckers!
3. Who is your favorite all time movie villain? Longshanks (King Edward I) from Braveheart.
MAN that guy was a douche! I was really anti-English for a few months after I saw that movie. Limey bastards. :-P
4. Are any kind of ethics involved in wearing a hat? Ethics? Well, be considerate of whoever is sitting behind you. I certainly don't want to go to the movies and have to sit behind some dude in a stovepipe top hat. Or go to a football game and sit behind the girl in the Chiquita Banana hat. Of course, neither of those scenarios have ever happened. Still...! :-P
5. When is the best time for you to take a 20 minute nap? Why? In the middle of the afternoon, usually right after a big lunch. Hey - those carbs pack a punch! Why not sleep it off? I always seem to be tired then.
