Humphry Slocombe, a new ice cream place has just opened up in SF.  Supposedly they only have eight flavors available now (Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee, Secret Breakfast (cornflakes and bourbon), Guinness Gingerbread, Strauss Yogurt, Thai Chili Lime Sorbet, Coconut Sherbet, Valrhona Fudgesicle, Balsamic Carmel and Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip), but will have more soon.  The full list includes flavors like Foie Gras, Pistachio-Bacon, Salt and Pepper, Salted Licorice, and many, many more.

I'm seriously intrigued.
