So next door lives this young couple. Me and my roomate don't really know them very well but we exchange pleasentries every time we meet in the walkway, or coming out of our appartments. They seem like nice enough people. They have this really awesome young male kitten, who much be 6 months old or something. Cutest cat ever. Very curious and friendly and the moment you touch this cat to pet it, it purs and pushes his head into your hand. Well one thing that really pisses me off tha thas happened a few times now, is that I will come home late at around 11 or 12ish at night, and I'll see their cat outside on the steps meowing at their door to be let it. It is usually really freakin cold at night, so I will knock on their door loudly a few times. They never answer. So I take in the cat for the night, which doesn't bother me at all, I really like this kitten so much. It just really pisses me off how anyone can ignore and leave out an animal like that. I realize there are many animals left out in the cold every night, but if you are going to take on the responsibility to care for and love an animal, by god do it. It just particularly pissed me off tonight because it was raining and it was really cold. I go to work early tomorrow so I dont think I will get a chance to see if they will take the cat before I leave, and I dont want to leave the cat in my appartment all day, but if it is raining I can't just leave the cat out. OY!! I really don't see how anyone could neglect a cat this cute.
