Yesterday/Thursday evening after work I did my reverse run-commute thing and ran home. This morning I did my run-commute thing and ran to work.
work to home: 43:20 mins, 5 miles, 8:40 min/mile, 132 bpm HR, 660 calories.
home to work: 50 mins, 4.96 miles, 10 min/mile, 114 bpm HR, 650 calories.
