I feel like I'm dealing with a broken pedestal here.

Vader's hiding. He's hiding from his son. And I mean literally hiding here--not avoiding the issue or anything like that.

I know they say never meet your heroes, but...

...Maybe, but if that was the case she wouldn't have willingly given him the data for the Hinata Inn. I think it has more to do with the 'bond' that Padawans form with their Masters prior to their taking the Trials.

That would be a good idea, Elyon; Padawans are supposed to form bonds with other Padawans, too~!

Hmm, good point. Now I think I understand a little why the old guard was so against personal attachments outside the Order..!
