Baking Process
Im back to blog again~ Shall tel u guys abt my baking process! You all must be wondering wad is this baking process abt. Well, it's the anniversary cake tt i have made specially for this yr! hahax.. =) so proud of my achievement..*( i mean e cake and not e lasting relationship ar..lolx*)
Well, if u all dunno abt this, i shall say this beforehand, all my baking utensils and baking knowledge is passed down by hima and her mum. Thus, if there is any baking session, she would be definitely there! =)
ANW, she is also baking cake...Well, i shall nt say anything abt e cake owner. She will pronounce to u all if she wan =)
hmmm...Firstly, before baking, we met up ard 12 at Yishun Interchange and we went to Sembawang to buy all the needed ingredients ..yummy-licious... Afterwhich, we reached her house at ard 2pm and we started to get changed for this messed-up baking session. You guys are all to be assured and not to be worry that the kitchen or our lives are in danger as we have invited hima's mum to be our mentor...=)

After changing, the needed ingredients....
Two packets of Betty Crockes made-ready flour
icing sugar, bittersweet bar of chocos, the aluminum plate to put e cake and lastly, chipster(First time trying it! yummy-licious! )
We bought Chipster cuz we wanna try it ..hahax, it taste heavenly ! Comparable to Calbee... =)
START COOKING~~~
It's real hard to stir the flour, the eggs and the oil tgt... It needs almost half of our energy..and our hands are aching soo much after the whole process...
Look at Hima...she look like the stirrer..lolx...=x
I noe i look like auntie..but well, im really too tired to pose,man.... hahax.... Have to stir like 20 mins non-stop.. Even e mixer will go crazy...=x
Finally, it's donE!!!heex.. i mean e mixing..hahax... look soo nice even thou it is nt cook..lolx..
in the oven.... smells good...
Meanwhile, her mum cook for us some snackz...thanks auntie... =)soo nice!
