ow in the mouth
Remember back in January when I had mono? Well, ever since then I've had bouts with canker sores that have at times made me want to bite off my lip. Seriously since January I've only I had about 8 total days where I didn't have them. When I do have them I get 3-4 at a time and one or two are usually MASSIVE.
Not only that, but my teeth have been ultra sensitive. (whine whine whine)
So yeah - my mouth freaking hurts!
I went to the dentist today for my checkup and they gave me all kinds of toothpastes and rinses to fix my mouth. Yessssss.
I still don't trust my dentist though. Last time he told me I had a cavity and so I made an appointment to have it filled. Well, since I have NEVER had a cavity in my 22 years (wasn't about to start now) and I wasn't feeling any pain, I didn't see a need to leave work to go to this appointment. So theoretically I've been walking around with a cavity for the past 6 months...today....no cavities. Go figure.
In other news - this weekend I get to go to a wedding (a guy from my old work in Elkhart), a party (a friend of Lisabeth), and a show (WHOOO HOOO ZARA!!!). This might be normal life for some, but because I have recently become a reclusive hermit I am very excited. That's more than enough for these old bones. ;) jk.
I am looking forward to relaxing though. I seem to get sick almost every weekend now. This full time school and work is draining me. Just a month or so to go...
Oh yeah. Then comes the summer. I'll be taking 6 credits and working full time still - - not to mention getting married. Whoo. It's fun though. (whine whine whine)
So I've been apartment shopping as well. It turns out I'm going to need at least $600 for a decent place sans cockroaches, leaky ceilings, and thug neighbors. I don't have an extra $600 a month in income now, nor do I have the extra $300 for food and utilities, nor do I have a nest-egg for a security deposit. Hmmm...We shall see.
methinks I need a roomate.
Maybe my wife will find a job here.
If not.
Maybe I will find a homeless friend.
