*tickle* I know about you and phones, silly. We've had that conversation before. I don't expect calls back. It just seemed the most expedient way to get the message to you, and let you know you were in my thoughts and prayers.
I have been sorely tempted to pick up an inexpensive XBox360 for my birthday. Most of the games don't appeal to me much, but it makes for a great media streamer, there are a few downloadable games that are a lot of fun, and the online capabilities of Rock Band ARE heck of nice. Anyway, we'll see. Right now, the most up-to-date system I have is a PS2 that I do occasionally play Guitar Hero III on (and am generally not very good at, as I consider getting over 95% on Medium and 90% on Hard a victory, while almost everyone else seems to blow through things in the upper 90's on Expert, but I do have fun trying).
And it was awesome finally getting to sit down, kick back, relax and chat with you. Hope we can do that again sometime. :) (By the way, I saw Foxy's recommendation that you move to the Pacific northwest, and, while I know that's not exactly feasible and there isn't any more work here than any other places, selfishly, I must say, "Seconded!" ;) )
Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day to you, too, cutie, and God Bless. :) Tried to find a place that would send a single rose with a pair of drumsticks, but, alas . . . ;)
I can't play anything but the simplest songs on Drums in Rock Band on Hard yet, so don't feel bad. I need to play almost everything on "Medium" or else I fail out.
I'm thinking of moving to the Northwest still. Tursi will be going back to California soon, and if I can sell my trailer, I'll be free to move anywhere. Of course, the big hitch is "If I sell my trailer". If not, I'm stuck here. I'll have to move the trailer to a trailer park that's closer to work, and just pray I can survive on what little income I have.
