wire the walls with a ton of power outlets and xlr inputs and headphone jacks for headphone amps.
insulate everything.
put up sheet-rock for the walls, tape and sand, make it look nice.
install the window
put up doors separating the rooms
ceilings
paint the walls sweet colors
pay tank to paint me something big and get it framed
pay dave iaquinta, or soemone else to make a huuuge tag and get it framed
put up bass traps and shit
get a sweet desk with rackmount space on it
get a couch
