- 5 rites, every morning (doing teh recommended 3 to start with, increasing, by the recommended '1' once a week, for 21 weeks, and then maintaining thereafter (total time for the 21 is about 20mins for a novice, 10 for an advanced practitioner)
did 20 of each of the 5 rites, 21 of the first one.
really felt it this time especially in the third and fifth rites
- read/reformat one chapter of the Word of God
read & reformatted chapter 19 of Luke
- chromatic finger exercise, to metronome, on the guitar (to be replaced by another/new, thus more difficult, one, once that can be seamlessly executed, at 208, on the acoustic)
did the chromatic finger exercise, up adn down the neck, at 184 bpm, on the acoustic
