Dude, you won't get a Dell!

I placed an order for a Dell XPS Studio 435 last week (4/16). An email confirmation showed an estimated arrival date of 4/27. Since my credit card had yet to be charged Tuesday and the order status was "processing" I decided to give them a call. A rep confirmed it was unusual for there to be a hold on the order and then I was disconnected. No callback, just click. I call back yesterday and the woman on the phone with a heavy accent said my order was cancelled by Dell. The reason being my credit card rejected the purchase and this happens during hard times like this. She continued that i receive notification by phone or email and to check my spam filters. When I informed her no such notifications were made she said I was wrong. Considering this card has been used numerous times at Dell, I don't think it's likely. She asked me to reorder and I told her I won't likely be doing so.
