I won!
I won my court case against my former boss. We had orginally filed against her personally but the judge continued the case to add the business, but since she didn't show today we won a judgement against her personally and the business. :)
Now begins the slow process of actually collecting the money. We have to wait two weeks for the paperwork to process and we get the formal judgement, which will need to try and garish bank accounts and stuff like that. In the meantime i'm considering writing a nasty letter that says pay me or I'll put a lean on your house.
