Inspiration
This is my wall of inspiration.
The pictures include Lance Pacing Alberto Contador in the Tour de France this year, Lance swinging a Kettle bell (that's what a kettle bell looks like btw), Lance Running in a Nike ad, and my personal favorite, Naked Lance on the Bike. The walk got sidelined tonight for health reasons. I don't feel good. So tonight, long hot shower. Tomorrow early morning work out. Hopefully my wall of Lance will help motivate me to get out of bed in the morning.
