Night of January 16TH Runs at Peachtree Ridge Community Playhouse July 13-15 and 20-22nd at 7:30pm

Yes, you can have a chance to be part of the action of one of the most fascinating courtroom dramas ever written. 12 jurors will be chosen from the audience and will decide the fate of Karen Andre(Janelle Sahutski), who is accused of murdering Bjorn Faulkner, her lover.

"What is so interesting about this play", says director Chris Dills "Is that it was performed for over 75 years in a fashion that infuriated the author". The play was performed in abridged and rewritten forms for years. Finally, the estate of Ayn Rand issued a decree that from now on it will be performed in this version only. The version was restored to Ayn Rand’s original work.

“I performed in this play 25 years ago. I was fifteen, and in high school", chuckles Rob Roy Hardie, who plays John Graham Whitfield. He goes on to say that he wanted to perform the restored version so badly, that he and his girlfriend (Amanda Leigh Pickard, who plays Magda Swenson) put aside their professional acting gigs to perform in the show.

The show has two endings, depending on the verdict.

The theatre is located at the auditorium of Peachtree Ridge High School. 1555 Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee. The show starts at 7:30 pm and runs Thursday-Saturday nights. The show runs two weekends only, closing on the 22nd of July.
