So my family and I are sitting at home, watching the French Canadian film Seducing Dr. Lewis(which was hilarious & clever) and I get a phone call. Its Brad, and he's like "hey Sam, I'm in Livermore!" I was surprised, apparently the Alternative Spring Break trip was on there way up to Humbolt and stopped off in Livermore for dinner. So I went over to the McDonald's they were at expecting to see Brad and Viet who I knew was also on the trip. But there were a bunch of people I knew: Edgar Dormatorio from the Volunteer Center, Z from Sierra, and both Pheobie and Louis from ME Community Council. Total surprise, especially in Livermore where, despite what some people may think isn't very exciting.
Anyways, I just thought that was awsome. We hung out for a little under half an hour before they had to get on the road and I came back home and finished watching the movie. They said they'd stop by on the way back and take me with them down to Irvine, but they were joking. Besides, I'm probably leaving tommorrow afternoon late.
Lots of other thoughts in my head right now:
Will I get a job for the summer so I can stay in Irvine...
Do I get to go to summer school...
Who's out there for me...
Guess I'll just leave the pensiveness to my own devices, I don't need to burden y'all with details.
Bon Soir! Je t'aime ♥
