Easter, Yo!
While having dinner with fabricdragon's parents on Easter Sunday, her mother mentioned talking with someone about the traditional Easter greeting exchange, to wit:
Person 1: Christ is risen!
Person 2: He is risen indeed!
...which is apparently customary amongst Episcopals, or so it would seem.
Hearing this, I (being of twisted mind and distorted body) immediately envisioned the exchange in an urban setting:
Homey 1: Yo! Christ is risen!
Homey 2: Word!
That's it. Hope everyone who celebrated it had a Happy and Blessed Easter.
