I miss you. What else is there to say? I have missed you every day since I moved and you were no longer three seconds from where I was. Things seemed so much different. You're my other half, and even though I know that even if we didn't speak for years and years, we'd still come together and things would be just as they were. That doesn't mean that I don't wish I could hang out with you everyday. I can't wait till Laguna Beach comes back, cause then we'll get to watch it at the same time and talk. I miss that. I just want to say Thank You. For being so much like me that half the time I don't have to say it for you to understand. Thanks for understanding the things nobody else does, and being there for me through all the hard crap. I love you more than anyone should love another person. You're the one person I know won't ever break my heart. You, since the first day I met you, have always been my very best friend. This fact backed up by the fact that we both cut ourselves... I'm pretty sure that speaks for itself.
When I first met you I thought you were the most talented person on the face of the earth. All I saw in you was Talent. And yes, with a capital "T". It is easy for me to say to people that you're going to be famous one day because of it. I don't say it out of duty, or because you're my best friend. I see it because that first time I saw you on stage, I was awed by you, and impressed. You WILL be a star one day, and everyone who didn't think you could, will kick themselves in the ass. As much as I hate that you live so far away sometimes, I'm so estatic that you are going to Cornish. I'm so thrilled you got in in the first place. And even though sometimes it sucks to go there, I know that when you are finished, you will head out into this world with a vengance, and show the whole world what you're made of.
I'm so proud of who you are. I want you to know that. I'm not sure if I've ever said it. But I am. So proud. You have such a beautiful soul. You are the most amazing friend anyone could ever ask for. I'm proud of who you have become, who you are becoming, and all those things inbetween.
Without you Lauren, I wouldn't be me. I wouldn't be as whole. I believe whole-heartedly that you are my soul mate. I couldn't have asked for a better one.
