I confess I have no idea if these are official or if the fanboys spent too much time staring at models online and doing math like they did with Misato, but they look very Gainax-y to me, so!

They said she's only 14 because they measure years differently from being underground, so no idea of where the sun is and all that.
Assuming they have 500-day years, she's just over 19, which makes sense
