Well what do we have here.
I had almost forgotten about this. It has been a few months since my last entry and I thought maybe, just maybe it was time for an update. I guess I never write in this because I find my day to day so uninteresting that I feel it almost cruel to subject the rest of the world to my boredom. Work has actually been fairly busy, I picked up a client that insists on filling my car with many heavy boxes on a regular basis. Another client has me running three times a week about 60km out of my way, but I can hardly refuse. I was assigned the position of secretary on the fire department, which is funny given the fact that my main duty is to take note of the meeting minutes, and to read them back at the next meeting. Anyone that has known me for a while will be able to confirm these two things, one, that I have illegible hand writing that confounds even myself at times, and two, that I am a horrible public speaker. Amazingly I've put in two years on the department now, and I see no reason to let those two facts stop me. I still on occasion pick up my guitar and I'm getting to the point where I feel that if I practice on a more regular basis I could actually get good at it. I stopped caring whether or not the sound I made sounded like what it was supposed to, and found that I relaxed a bit more. Once that happened the sound became a little more natural. By not caring what it sounded like, it sounded more like it was supposed to. I have developed one web site, that will soon have a vastly different look to it, 'http://www.faradayfire.com'. I am also developing another web site for a local weekly paper that is interested in expanding onto the world wide web. More on that to come, if anyone cares. I have no idea what else I could possibly say at this time, but suggestions would be welcome I guess. I seem to lack any of the strange inspirations that seemed to creep up in some earlier entries, maybe I can keep this updated with one of those again, somehow. Suggestions on a topic, maybe I'll write out a series of shorts based on one. That would at least give me something to do, and you, my public something to read.
