So I have not written in this box for a while.. so why now, you ask? I thought this would be the most excellent opportunity to document my road trip with Sir Larrison. Because..we did go on a road trip, for anyone who did not know this.

Okay.

It all started on a lovely wednesday morning. I woke up on the couch, with a slight tickle in my throat. Hmmm, maybe it's just from sleeping where the cats sleep. Hmmm, my sister was sick last weekend...Hmmmm. Anyways, we both get up and then have go run a bunch of errands. It was decided I needed a car charger for my phone and needed a new AAA card (now that the trip is over, i did not need those items). We hit up Shaws and bought food.

I made 8 sandwiches, a little factory line of pb&j and some turks. Umm. turkey sandwiches obviously, with some serb for taste. I showered and we packed the car and left.

I'll mention now, that two days prior, Larrison went to the doctors and they found a nice cyst on his tailbone. Lovely.

I started off driving, because I knew that way better and can handle driving through New York. When we decide to change drivers, larrison tries to get comfortable but he just can't because of his bum (sorry). So yada yada yada, i drove the whole way to FL. We did stop and hoteled, so it wasn't too bad.

Yay!! We arrive in Naples!!! Hooorah!! We go to the doctors, my throat tickle had progressed to a sinus infection (I had that great nasally whiney voice where no sound comes out if I try to go too high-pitched) and Larrison's cyst was drained. Oh man, we're in great shape.

The next couple days we hang out with my family. Oh, we were staying in the guest house at my nana's. That was very nice. Haha, there was a frog in our bathroom one day. Oh that was a fun time, trying to get him. I also have aunts and cousins in the area, they are all cool. Aww and my nana's kitties are just the prettiest funniest things. and larrison liked hope the dog, even though she does not do anything but waddle. she can't hear anymore, but that's okay, she used to bark alllllll the time.

Umm, we went on a sunset cruise that was veddy pretty. We hung out by the pool, watched some movies. Ate at cracker barrell and Checkers. FInally, we could go to the beach, since Larrison had to wait a couple days for his thing to heal. Blahhh beach was nice... it was about 98 degrees outside and the ocean was about a nick lachey behind that. We snuck into the hotel pool nearby and that was a cool 85... we went back to my nana's pool, which was oh so pleasant.
We attempted the beach again, and it rained. That was a lot of fun! I've never been in the ocean while it poured, so the heat of the water actually felt good. But then it started to thunder and we left.
We saw bourne supremacy and the village, they were gooooood. It was fun, we went to the midnight debut showing of the village... even though we had to get up at 8ish the next day.

Left Naples on friday for Stuart, Larrison's old stomping grounds. I really liked the area a lot. and yay! Fortunately, I could get us checked into the hotel we wanted! We tried over the phone a couple days earlier and they wouldn't let me because I'm not 21... but i am soon. But it worked, the hotel was on the beach so we spent the rest of the afternoon there and by the pool. We went boogie boarding - SO SO SO much fun. We watched Mean Girls in the room, it was a great night.

Saturday, we started the drive back. Very sad, I wasn't quite ready to leave Florida, yea it's hot but it's just so lovely. I've never been on the east coast much, so we drove by all these places i've always wanted to check out, a couple times I was really tempted to veer off. Probably would've gotten lost anyways. We DID stop at some factory stores in st. augustine... i got a beautiful coach bag and larrison snatched a wallet, haha, that was a good rest stop.

Driving Driving Driving

HA, Larrison didn't always enjoy the music I played while I drove. I mean understandably so, I did listen to one cd about every other disc... sometimes twice in a row (mostly on the way down). But it just put me in the best zen-driving-mood ahh... actually i've been listening to it a lot now. I decided its best cd ever umm some dave one... luther college disc 1 to be exact. BUT we did listen to NERD fly or die a lot, by my doing and larrisons. so there.

Now we are back. I'm tan and i'm just coughing up the remains of the phlegm. Larrison's butt is better, and he got a little sun too... you really did. and yes, we got a long terrific. no huge clashes, some misunderstandings disagreements, but what do you expect. we were with each other 2 weeks nonstop, longest ever. It's weird not to have him around me all the time now.

oh! I read the da vinci code. reeeally good, i couldn't put it down. I haven't read such a fast paced book in a while, it would make a grrreat film. Larrison and I also listened to an audio book while we drove, Life of Pi. I read it last summer and loved it. He liked it too after hearing it. M. Night Shyamalan is working on adapting it and producing it into a movie. It's like a dream come true. I just read the sequel to bridjet jones' diary, so now I can't wait for that movie either... ohhhh hugh grant.. i hope he turns up more in the movie than he did the book.

i've read a lot this summer, on account that i haven't had much to do. I read the bill clinton memoir... i liked that a lot, it was very long but very interesting. There was so much more he did for our country that went unnoticed because of the whole Starr thing, which was only the republican's way of spending millions of taxpayers money to incriminate the president. He does a good job of trying to mention everyone who helped out or supported him. After reading it, i don't quite understand why people always say that he and hillary have an arrangement. he spoke of meeting her and courting her and trying to get her to move to arkansas with him with such genuine emotion. he moved out to california with her one summer after dating for a couple weeks, instead of campaigning for some senator which would've helped him out a lot, and he said " i had to go, our conversation wasn't finished yet". I can't wait though, for gee dubbs' picture book/memoir.

right, riiiight, riiight, right.

we didn't take any pictures and i'm in ohio now.
the end.

I'm going to be in the NH area much starting the 16th, so calllll me. I haven't seen anyone in a good while. Sorry so long, i can't remember how to do cuts. oh well
