One of my coworkers from back home fell out of the goddamn sky and landed on Haku! We think he was in a car accident or something before coming here. He's barely alive and Lance and Nick are trying to take care of him right now but Haku will not stop crying!

*There is the sound of tires leaving pavement for a solid two minutes before a crash and a roar as it sounds like he might have just jumped a ridiculous distance on his bike....on the plus side Greg can now hear his bike engine in the distance*

[Some crashing, cursing, what may or may not be Onizuka knocking over the mailman and the sound of him rushing up the stairs a few minutes later before he bursts into the apartment.]

[Greg and Haku are in the living room, and Haku is clinging so tightly to Greg he can't get her to let go. She hasn't even registered that Oni is in the room, and she's still crying.

Greg, unfortunately, has been stuck carrying her around, and it's putting such a strain on his stitches that the ones in his stomach have pulled and started to bleed.

At least seeing Oni lets him breathe a sigh of relief.]

Thank god... look, Oni, this isn't just her freaking out. I think she's having a full on break down. And she will not let go of me.

[If he heard Greg he doesn't react, instead he approaches and kneels a little]

Haku baby, I'm here. [Reaches out for her]

[Haku looks up at Oni, but her eyes are blank despite her tears.]

Dude... Oni... I can't breathe, you gotta get her offa me...

[With a firm hand he takes hers encouraging her to let go]

I'm here baby...just hold onto me, I'll take you away from all this. It's time for a break.

[It takes several minutes, but she finally lets Greg go and moves over to Oni, clinging to him just as tightly. She's shaking.]

[Greg looks at his shirt, holding his hand over his stomach.]

... what're you gonna do? I really don't think she's okay.

[onisensei]

[Oni holds her tight, his strength is enough to withstand her own and hold her securely standing again pressing his body to hers]

We're getting out of here...just till she's better. I'll take Goblimon and phasco and when we get settled in I'll call...you can send some clothes along.

[Brushes her hair back and kisses her cheek softly whispering in her ear]

It's going to be OK, I'm here now it's going to be OK.

[stares in mild shock]

[stops, lowers his head and nods]

Should I tell everyone else?

Only if they ask.

[Kisses her forehead gently but his eyes, as serious and solid as wolf, strength seems to radiate from every inch of him when his love is in need of him]

You can handle this Greg...you're not alone even if she's not here. The rest of the loids...Lorne, Sarasim, everyone in this hotel even the one eye'd old guy upstairs would probably help if you just asked.

[He's worried about Haku. And he's terrified for Hodges. But that doesn't really need to be said.]
