Mother's Day
In the living and learning that fills the hours, I spent Mother's Day as close to my kids and loved ones as I could.
In retrospect, I have observed these:
When I was 5, my mother left. Many years passed before she and I were together again. Many hills and valley's of emotions needed to process it all.
On this side of it I have learned that love doesn't depend on whether or not it is deserved. Love needs no provocation or reason. Love is what's needed and by those who truly do...it is what is given. Regardless of circumstances.
Love like you have never been hurt.
