Hey Y'all I'm ready to go out. I'm not working tonight and I am actually wearing a sapphire blue New Year's eve dress. We're headed out to a party and then over to a friend's apartment near where the ball is dropping. I've lived in NYC for years now and I have never seen the ball drop.
