Tomorrow morning I have to go to the dentist to have two massive fillings done. My fault because I've been avoiding the dentist for 2 years. Can you blame me? Don't you hate the screech of the drill and that horrible scraping utensil? Gives you the fingernails-on-a-blackboard sensation. The worst part is I have to go to work right afterward.

Ahhh! I need help. Preferably of the pharmaceutical variety.
