Book 36 was July July by Tim O'brien.
If you haven't read Tim O'brien, I highly suggest him. So far I've only read this one and The Things They Carried-which was WONDERFUL, but I intend to work my way through the whole library of his work. If I could ever muster up half the talent he posesses, I would die happy for sure!
