(no subject)
when i arrived home today, i prepared an italian casserole. the actual title of this dish is debatable. the recipe, however, is outlined below.
egg noodles (1/2" width)
1 bell pepper (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
4 buttloads italian seasoning
2 sweet 'n low packets
a lot of damn cheddar cheese
as is, the casserole is adequate, but i intend alter the recipe; it lacks the "kick" it deserves. a more vibrant cheese and maybe addtional peppers might help. feel free to comment with any suggestions.
tomorrow, i'm attempting a hopefully novel potato salad (oil and vinegar-based, not mayonnaise; that's not necessarily the novel aspect). i'll post the recipe and the results at some point.
