Police have been called in from interstate to help identify bodies - it's slow - house by house, burnt out car by burnt out car. Hundreds injured in hospital, hundreds more sleeping in temporary shelters or schools - and they're the lucky ones. A new fire front, close to Melbourne has started. I start Uni in two weeks, and can live in college from the 14th of Feb. How scary is that! I'm almost a real grown up!!! I bought all my stationary today (though my parents paid for it). I just have text books and a computer to buy now (Imma get a macbook) and then packing clothes and transferring jobs and packing linen and toiletries and wow is this big! It's so exciting - less than 2 weeks to O Week (though my college doesn't do anything for O Week, as it's only being run as a kinda student hostel this semester because it's about to undergo huge renovations - which sucks cos I will miss out on a bit...but I still have the Uni stuff to look forward to, and my friend said she'd smuggle me into her college's O Week parties :D sweeeet).
