Title: The Sums of Things (2/10)
Rating: PG-13
Summary: After the end of the universe that wasn't, the Doctor and Rose are together again. But they're still as jeopardy friendly as ever, and Rose's job at Torchwood very quickly throws them into another dangerous situation. (Post-JE, sort of ish canon compliant. If you squint.)
Pairing: Rose/Doctor - specifically the Fourteenth Doctor (but a Fourteen who is actually the Doctor in the blue suit at the end of Journey's End)

A/N: Written as the first in what I plan to be a series of fics (already working on the sequel) in my post-JE fix-it universe. Credit must go to jesidres for writing One Last Time, the central idea of which I took and ran with. Romance, action/adventure and an actual plot! :D
The title was suggested by rynne, and taken from the following quote:

The phrase "being born" is used for beginning to be something different from what one was before, while "dying" means ceasing to be the same.
