My idol, my hero, the woman who introduced me to the world of the pin-up passed away at 85 yesterday. She may have had her problems in life (three divorces, landlord battles, and an institutionalization) but she was the one who made me look into pin-up girls and realize that my curvy body is desirable and (dare I say it?!) sexy!!!
Thank you Bettie Page for your work and making me who I am today. =)
