Just a quick note to say first that footage from our first fundraising concert is now up on our oficial youtube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/whoniversalappeal, and, second, that we are absolutely thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker will be media/cultural scholar Matt Hills, from Cardiff's School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies. Matt has written many many works on fandom, especially Doctor Who, and his bio can be seen at: http://www.caerdydd.ac.uk/jomec/contactsandpeople/profiles/hills-matt.html
We should have conference registration open soon-- paperwork snarls have kept us from having done so all ready, alas. In the meantime, thank you all for your interest and your help in promoting the conference-- keep up the good work! :) We look forward to seeing all of you in November.
