i was always surprised people kept inviting Jessica to visit, considering her history. (unless you wanted to invite all your enemies to a party for her and hope that at least one of them would be the unfortunate victim. While that would doubtless mean you would be unjustly accused of the crime, you could rest assured that Mrs Fletcher would prove you innocent (and most likely peg another of your enemies as the culprit)

My mother watched Murder She Wrote so much that when my niece was three she thought the lead character's name was 'Murdershe'.

And called her that.

"Oh look Gramma, Murdershe has the same shirt you do."

Ha ha. What did she think if she saw the actress in something else? Maybe she watched Bednobs&Broomsticks or Nanny McPhee? (dont think she would have seen her other movies, but maybe recognize her voice in Beauty& the Beast)
