As was demonstrated in an interview with Katie Couric, Sarah Palin is unable to name any Supreme Court Case other than Roe v. Wade.
The Rules: Post info about ONE Supreme Court decision, modern or historic, to your lj. (Any decision, as long as it's not Roe v. Wade.) For those who see this on your f-list, take the meme to your OWN LJ to spread the fun.
This whole fiasco really blew my mind. I really hate sarah palin.
I'll have to go with plessey v. ferguson and the later brown v. board of education. P v. F established the "separate but equal" basis of legal segregation in the U.S. in the mid 19th century. Thankfully we all came to our senses (it only took about 100 years) and realized that separate was inherently unequal in Brown v. Board.
