I would love to live in a city and do something like this. Just something so strange and different that everyone has to smile.
I wish I had the courage to ask a random person for a hug. Or to put on my headphones and dance down the street. I want to brighten a random person's day just by being silly and crazy. Once I saw woman who must have been seventy years old at work and her hair was dyed completely bright purple, exclaiming over items in the dollar bins. It made me smile for the rest of the day. I hope I'm like that when I'm old, the crazy lady with purple hair. It might draw stares and strange looks...but people would notice, right? They would have to.
