What is it that's frustrating you about the situation? Could you be more specific for me. I really apologize for wasting your time and frankly everyone's time if I'm missing something very obvious that I should have noticed.

Ginny's already told me about Hermione. Sirius has had some issues with being stuck in one place. And I've been rather uneasy about not being able to stop the Deities. They don't have any right over our lives. I'd like to try something.
This isn't a break, not really. A break would be back home, and even there, there'd be more trouble than I'd like. I'd just be able to help.

I think that I am beginning to understand now, although I can't say that I feel the same way. I did speak with Ginny about some concerns of mine the other day, and perhaps I should have been more open with all of you about them, but it's only been a few months since I resigned and there is a lingering feeling that confidentiality is important.
Now, as far as Sirius goes, I know what he must be going through. After all, a man could be dropped into a palace which would be a Sybarite's greatest dream, and if he is not allowed to leave it, it's still a prison, isn't it? I wish that I knew how to change the situation.
As far as trying something goes, don't get yourself into more trouble than you can chew in one bite. You know that I support you, but you also should know that your habit of taking certain risks concerns me.

I know that I've seen things differently in the past, but time changes situations and those change people. I am sorry if I can't sympathize with you, but it's been some time since I was a restless young person. Is it wrong of me to admit I'm enjoying myself?
What about Sirius' future worries you?
Indestructible, but a Muggle. And do you know what you aren't, Harry? Indestructible. I don't mean to lecture, but I'm just not sure this is something worth risking your neck for.

No. I'd prefer that. I wish I was.
Everything about it.
I think it'll be all right. Hermione knows a bit about it, and she's still here, isn't she? I'm even better than her at Defence Against the Dark Arts and what that entails.

I think that your father was of the same sentiment at the end. He was just as happy to settle down and put roots out.
Everything is a bit of an expansive thing to focus a worry on, isn't it?
Well. At any rate. I'll wait to see what Sirius has to say about all of this, though I am more than aware that even if your godfather on an off-chance decided to agree with my concerns, you are a grown adult-- that much I can see with my eyes --and you aren't obligated to obey him. And in any situation, I can't in good conscience allow you to go down there alone without my protection.
Which means that any way one looks at it, I'm going, aren't I?

You need the focus. And you believe that Sirius, who you have a deal in common with, also needs the focus. Forward momentum. Is that it, Harry?
You are always welcome. I would be hard-pressed to refuse you without a very good reason, and while I don't necessarily approve of the decision, only because I worry about you, you have my support. Even if I suspect that Sirius will have my wand.

That I believe the two of you need to strengthen what you have together is the only reason that I'm permitting it. Not that my permission ever has or will mean much of anything, but certainly the reality can't stop me from giving you a hairy eyeball.
I may be working on that. It only needs an offer and some thinking on.

I do know how the lot of you are, which is why I'm coming along. And my own very mild curiosity aside, out of all of you it is, in fact, my specialty and profession.
Unfortunately. Yes. And I'm sorry if you disapprove, but giving his wand back to him is more important to me than anything that I could possibly be willing to trade. It isn't just about a piece of wood, it's about his dignity.

I'm worried because of what happens in the future with him. I'd rather avoid that, and if we're doing things together, there's a better chance.
That's why I'm bringing Claire. She's rather indestructible, and has some experience.

I'll be glad to have you. But I would like to have him come, too. I think it would be good.
I guess so. Thanks, Remus.

If it's about getting his dignity back, he might be the one who wants to make the deal. I don't like it, either, but it might be our only choice.
