I saw 155 movies for the first time last year (216 total), which is a few above 2009. This year though in addition to counting movies, I'm going to keep track of how many pass the Bechdel test. Here are the rules
1. The movie has two or more women (I am going with named women)
2. who talk to each other
3. about something other than a man
Movies with an x next to them fill none of the criteria and ☆ means that it passes. (1) and (2) means it passes the first and second rule respectively. Just for funsies, the ones that pass these rules and have conversations that last more than 5 minutes will be underlined
