Who would come for a silent retreat?

As you can see there's just a dusting of snow on the ground.   All the salamanders must be deep asleep!
We were stomping around up here after the renters moved out, and kept feeling the pull to create a space where people can come to be quiet.  There is a rushing creek, with walking paths and sitting spots.  There are mountain views.  The house is 1800 square feet with decks all around, most of them covered.  There's a living area that we would set up for group meditation and/or other forms of mindful gatherings, and a dining area.  It could sleep 9 or 10, possibly 12, and I think we would charge something low, we are thinking $190 a night or $1090 a week (for the whole house) because it is for rejuvenation and silence... no television, no internet.  Would somebody come?  Would they want to hold a retreat here? Or a quiet family gathering or reunion of friends?  How about a writer's retreat, or a livejournal writer's retreat, or a refueling place for spiritual leaders?
It's just a house in the woods, but it's such a magical place.
Just thinking out loud.  Any thoughts?
We are an easy & scenic 15-20 minute drive from downtown Asheville, NC.
Here's another view..
.

all one, all one (not alone), this dream house is real, love becomes us, welcome, be my friend, livejournal, snow!
