"living in the moment" people throw this term around and to quote Inigo Montoya " I do not think that means what you think it means".... Of course it means different things to different people, perhaps some think it means never thinking about the future. to me, it is way more than that. I feel like i learned the epitome of this phrase in spain; to me it means LIVING, it means no regrets, it means big risk, it means not worrying about tomorrow as much, BUT it doesn't mean forget it entirely, you must still maintain a perspective of what you want, of who you are and sort of an idea of where you are going...you dont know everything, but you have a vague idea and you are positive and excited about living up every second of figuring it out. that is what it means to me, you take LIFE head on..though i may not be doing this right now, at least i know....
