update on my workouts

sooo i missed a week...
then did a two weeks of work out
missed a week for spring break
workedout all last week
and i'm off to a good start this week

now its wierd, my schedule is for four days a week, but then last week i started feeling like i wanted to go back to the gym later in the day after i had already done my workout. and today (a day off) i feel like working out ...i think i might go to the gym and do some cardio! AHHHHHHHHH I LOVE WORKING OUT IT MAKES ME SOOOOOO HAPPY :) :) :) :)
