Why do people fear revealing something personal about themselves? What causes the fear? Is it because people are scared to put themselves out there because they fear ridicule, awkward situations, other reasons? I find it interesting, and I am not saying I am not guilty. But in light of this new quiz, or whatever you choose to call it, my curiosity

You assume that, because we do not disclose our current romantic pursuits in a quiz, we have no intention of doing so in the future or perhaps in a more appropriate venue. Honestly, if and when I want any crush or crushes that I may or may not have to become common knowledge, I will have no problem in sharing that information with whomever I choose. In the mean time, I'm not going to post a comprehensive list of my crushes because if I had wanted to do so, I would have already regardless of any subsequent urging.

i like that kind of argument..if that was said earlier this probably wuldnt have gone as far..and thats cool..its human...but u can say that, doesnt mean its true..i dont really know how much of a problem u wuld or uwld not have. and i think i did mention that this was out of context of the quiz..the quiz just sparked my interest. but it is people's nature to be afraid of divulging or actimg on their feelings, which was my point. i think we all have this problem and it just interested me. i never asked for a list of crushes, they were freely given.

i know since its typed ur tone can be misconstrued, but i hope ur not annoyed by this.
