This Labor day weekend has been like a vacation thanks to all the nice people around me. Strangely enough, I haven't missed any of the items that were stolen from me... except money, but who has enough money, right?
I'm so grateful for everyone that commented or left me kind messages.
Everyone I've seen has had such comforting reassurances, and the hugs have helped alot too.
I did get my number transferred to an old phone, so call me and give me your number if you haven't already.
I do keep waking up to the thing, replaying it in my head.
Going over what I should have done, or could have.
I really would've been happy if I had chased them on foot to their car so I could've given the police the license plate.
I think it'll be hard to forget until I do pedicabs again.
As soon as my bank accounts aren't frozen and I get my replacement check card & Driver's License, I'm going to get more pepper spray.
