I would request that if you are to attempt to defeat anyone on that list...that you start with the Tamer Terra, currently the owner of the Hinata Inn and Silver Dragon.
Aside from the cash reward promised by the mysterious benefactor I'm sure I would be able to add a little bonus to it if you succeed.
